J &A Brokers Ltd are long established insurance brokers and a long-standing client and customer.
When J & A wanted to move premises, R & A Office Environments Ltd, were again commissioned to provide new office furniture and seating at the new premises, and in addition to this J & A required their old furniture to be removed in an eco-friendly manner and to a tight time schedule to avoid potential landlord penalties. The whole furniture part of the project was designed, specified quoted and agreed in the short time available. The delivery and installation of the new office were coordinated in conjunction with the fit-out contractors and the Buildings Management team.
All was achieved on time and to budget, including the removal of the old surplus furniture and seating. The client was delighted
