Gresham Wealth Management is a very successful company that have been clients of R & A Office Environment Ltd for several years. In the beginning when they started up the business they came to us to buy all recycled used office furniture to comply with their strict budget . Over the next five years Gresham Wealth purchased small items of office furniture , notable filing and storage cabinets cope with their expanding client portfolios. In February 2014 the Partners in the company, Jonathan and Morven asked us to help with their expansion plans. In short this was to relocate the company moving out just the files and IT equipment, to supply new furniture at the new location and then dispose of the old furniture at the former location at no cost to themselves.

The Project required space planning, samples and visits to look at the products that we suggested would create the “wow” factor to their clients old and new, and to produce a truly great working environment for the staff and management of the company. After careful consideration of all the factors including cost the project was completed in July 2014. R & A fulfilled their role, creating the new office at one location and providing an eco friendly disposal service at the former premises thus achieving vacant possession from the client to the landlord.

Case Study Two – Spanset

Over a period of 10 years, R & A Office Environments Ltd has been the preferred supplier of office furniture and seating for Spanset Ltd, a major supplier of safety and height safety products based in Middlewich Cheshire.

R & A works closely with Senior Management to produce the right image and the correct functionality in the supplied products to match their varying needs.

When Spanset wanted to introduce a state of the art training facility and a showcase for their products, they worked with R & A to produce the brief, to manage this part of the project and to deliver on time and to the stated budget.

The results are outstanding and all the visitors and delegates to the facility are left with the best of impressions of all the reception are, the training rooms and the practical demonstration areas

R & A and Spanset continue to work together and are currently evaluating office changes to comply with their new Corporate Identity
